What you’ll learn

Faith and mental health belong in the same conversation. This course explores how Christian spirituality can help us face anxiety, suffering and emotional struggle with honesty, wisdom and hope. Drawing gently on our Wesleyan heritage, with its emphasis on grace, community and the whole person, we will consider the language of lament, the peace of God, healthy rhythms for the soul, when to seek professional help, and how the church can become a place of genuine care and support.
