What you’ll learn

Preaching is one of the ways God speaks to His church. This course is for people who have been asked to teach the Bible in a service, a small group or a youth meeting, and want to do it faithfully and well.

It covers how to study a passage for yourself, how to find the one thing it is saying, how to shape a talk that people can follow, and how to apply it to real lives without bending the text. It also covers the preacher's own life: prayer, humility, and being under the word you preach.
